Techsolutions presented at the 3rd Annual Logistics Workshop held in Windhoek Namibia by the Namibian German Institute of Logistics. The topic presented was “RFID solutions in the Supply Chain” and focussed on case studies of projects successfully completed by Techsolutions. The first case study was that of traffic control using RFID technology, which Techsolutions supplied to SANRAL for Overload Control. The second case study looked at weigh bridge automation. The third case study was about inventory management, which Techsolutions supplied to Park Village Auctioneers. The application of RFID technology in solutions for Tolling and congestions management was also discussed. |
