A NFC Forum–certified 13.56MHz USB reader. Comes with the driver and SDK for reading and writing NFC tags. Also includes a keyboard wedge app to write tag readings to a spreadsheet.
This reader supports ISO14443A (Mifare) and NDEF (ISO 18092). It is equipped with a SAM (Secure Access Module) Slot, which can be used for encryption and mutual authentication, providing high-level security in contactless transactions. Post-deployment firmware upgrade is also supported, eliminating the need for additional hardware modification.
